Enquiries move quickest when they arrive with the basics attached. The most useful details are the equipment type and duty, the oil volume in the system, approximate annual running hours, your current service interval and the oil you use, and any recent oil analysis reports. Analysis results are the single most valuable item, because they show whether soot, water, fuel dilution, wear metals or oxidation is the dominant problem — and that determines which configuration is appropriate.

What Happens Next

We review what you send, come back with questions where the picture is incomplete, and set out the realistic options: which configuration suits the application, how it would integrate with your existing lubrication circuit, what the measurement regime should look like, and what the commercial case is over a sensible time horizon.
